Responsible Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Responsible Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the standards governing the lawful, appropriate, and responsible use of the SafeBets platform, including any websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Policy applies to all users, visitors, and participants who access or use the Platform and is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the SafeBets Terms of Service.

SafeBets operates as a non-wagering, simulation-based probabilistic intelligence platform. This Policy is intended to:

• Promote safe, responsible, and ethical use of the Platform
• Prevent the misuse, abuse, or misinterpretation of Platform outputs
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

By accessing or using the Platform, you:

• Agree to comply with its terms and all applicable laws

You shall not use, or attempt to use, Platform outputs as a substitute for or in connection with real-world wagering, betting, or speculative activity.

2.2 No Financial Reliance

Platform outputs are not financial, investment, trading, or risk management advice and must not be treated as such.

You shall not rely on the Platform, in whole or in part, for real-world financial, commercial, or investment decision-making.

2.3 Simulation Environment and Output Limitations

All outputs, predictions, analytics, and scoring mechanisms are generated within a closed, simulated, and non-real-world environment.

Such outputs are probabilistic, experimental, and subject to inherent uncertainty and limitations.

You shall not interpret or represent any Platform output as a guarantee, forecast, or reliable indicator of real-world outcomes or events.

2.4 Personal Responsibility and Independent Judgment

You are solely responsible for the interpretation and use of any information obtained from the Platform

You agree to exercise independent judgment, appropriate caution, and critical evaluation when engaging with the Platform and its outputs

Any reliance on the Platform is undertaken at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use, or permit any third party to use, the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with this Policy or the SafeBets Terms of Service. Without limitation, you agree that you shall not:

3.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity

• Violate, or attempt to violate, any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
• Engage in, facilitate, or promote fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct
• Engage in harassment, abuse, threatening behavior, or any activity that may harm individuals or groups

3.2 Gambling, Wagering, or Financial Exploitation

• Use the Platform to support, inform, optimize, or facilitate gambling, betting, wagering, or any activity involving the staking of money or items of value
• Use Platform outputs to inform or influence trading, speculation, investment strategies, or financial market activity
• Attempt to derive or present Platform outputs as having monetary value or financial utility

3.3 Misrepresentation and Misuse of Outputs

• Misrepresent, or permit others to misrepresent, Platform outputs as:
  • Financial, investment, legal, or professional advice
  • Guaranteed or deterministic outcomes
  • Accurate or reliable predictions of real-world events
• Present Platform outputs in a manner that is false, misleading, or likely to create unjustified reliance

3.4 System Abuse and Unauthorized Access

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or game any algorithm, scoring system, or underlying logic
• Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or scraping tools, without prior written authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or otherwise access proprietary models, data structures, or system logic
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or usage limitation mechanisms

3.5 Harm to Third Parties or Markets

• Use the Platform in any manner that could reasonably be expected to cause harm, disruption, or unfair impact to individuals, organizations, or markets
• Disseminate or publish Platform outputs in a way that is misleading, manipulative, or harmful, including where such dissemination may influence behavior or decisions inappropriately

4. AI and Output Responsibility

The Platform may generate probabilistic outputs, analytics, scores, or other informational results derived from models, algorithms, or data-driven processes ("Outputs").

4.1 Nature of Outputs

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs are probabilistic, experimental, and inherently uncertain, and may vary over time or with different inputs
• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or not reflective of real-world conditions or outcomes
• Outputs are provided for informational, analytical, and educational purposes only
• SafeBets makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any Outputs

4.2 No Reliance; Assumption of Risk

You further acknowledge and agree that:

• Any use of or reliance on Outputs is undertaken solely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of any Output before acting upon it
• SafeBets does not assume any duty of care, fiduciary duty, or advisory obligation in relation to Outputs

4.3 Prohibited Use of Outputs

You shall not:

• Represent, publish, or otherwise present Outputs as authoritative, deterministic, or predictive of real-world events or outcomes
• Use Outputs in connection with any regulated decision-making context, including but not limited to financial, investment, trading, legal, medical, or other professional or high-risk applications
• Use Outputs in any manner that could mislead, harm, or create unjustified reliance by any person or entity

5. User Wellbeing and Risk Awareness

SafeBets is committed to promoting responsible, balanced, and informed use of the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will engage with the Platform in a measured and responsible manner, and avoid excessive, compulsive, or harmful patterns of use
• The Platform is provided solely for analytical, educational, and informational purposes, and is not intended to create dependency or substitute for real-world judgment
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your usage and its impact, including any behavioral or decision-making effects

6. Compliance and Enforcement

SafeBets reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to take any action it deems necessary to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable laws.

Without limitation, SafeBets may:

• Monitor, review, and analyze use of the Platform for purposes of security, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational integrity
• Investigate any actual or suspected misuse, abuse, or violation of this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for violations or perceived risk
• Remove, disable, or restrict access to any content, account, or activity associated with a violation
• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities, including by reporting suspected unlawful activity and providing relevant information as required by law

All reports will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

8. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, the SafeBets Terms of Service and shall be read together with all applicable policies, guidelines, and agreements governing use of the Platform.

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between this Policy and the Terms of Service:

• The Terms of Service shall prevail, except to the extent that this Policy expressly supplements or imposes additional obligations consistent with the Terms of Service

9. Changes to This Policy

SafeBets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time.
